Impact of frailty on cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in outpatients with prostate cancer: a cross-sectional study of patient-reported outcomes.

The frailty rate for these patients increased with age, exceeding 60% regardless of the treatment status, and was associated with worsened cancer-related fatigue severity and reduced quality of life. Our study highlights the importance of assessing frailty when selecting treatment, especially in older patients.
