Characterizing treatment burden during neoadjuvant therapy for patients with gastrointestinal cancer: A mixed methods analysis.

NT is associated with a significant treatment burden, particularly in the domains of accessing healthcare services, social limitations, and exhaustion. Given the increasing use of NT for GI cancers, novel patient-centered approaches are needed to improve quality of life and ensure the completion of multimodality therapy.
