Weaker ONH tissue vasoreactivity to systemic hyperoxia, assessed with laser speckle flowgraphy, was associated with lower baseline ONH tissue blood flow, higher diastolic blood pressure and rapid visual field defect progression. Laser speckle flowgraphy variables during oxygen provocation testing may represent potentially useful predictive biomarkers of glaucoma progression.
