LNMM was more frequently observed in stage I LUAD with CGP. Adequate lymphadenectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy were associated with improved survival in CGP-present patients, especially in CGP-present/LNMM-positive subgroup. Additionally, it is feasible to identify CGP on frozen section intraoperatively.
