Which factor is more associated with survival of patients with hip fracture over 90 years: Type of fracture or treatment modality?

Staying intensive care unit, general anesthesia, delay to surgery and preoperative albumin levels should be carefully evaluated for patients aged over 90 years with hip fractures. Our study showed that both fracture type and treatment modality were not associated with poor overall survival of the patients aged >90 years following hip fracture surgery.
