Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis may mimic several oro-facial inflammatory and neoplastic diseases. Considering the potential disabling sequela following head and neck localization of Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis in children, especially at the periodontal tissues with teeth and alveolar bone loss, lesion recognition along with the histological examination of suspicious tissues is mandatory to achieve an early diagnosis and to prevent further organ involvement.
