A Novel Anti-CD38 Monoclonal Antibody for Treating Immune Thrombocytopenia.

In this study, anti-CD38 targeted therapy rapidly boosted platelet levels by inhibiting antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity on platelets, maintained long-term efficacy by clearing plasma cells, and was associated with mainly low-grade toxic effects.
