We comprehensively depicted the spatial landscape of single-cell dynamics and multicellular architecture within primary and relapsed HCC. Our findings highlight spatial organization as a prominent determinant of HCC recurrence and provide valuable insight into the immune evasion mechanisms driving recurrence.
