FOI is a promising method for the detection of signs of musculoskeletal inflammation in hands that may serve as an early imaging biomarker for transitions from psoriasis to PsA. This imaging technique has the potential to detect PsA in at-risk patients with psoriasis, reduce time to PsA diagnosis and improve patient outcomes.
