These results indicate that GB is impaired in the experimental POI, with inflammation being involved in this pathological process. TLR4 deficiency alleviated GB dysfunction and suppressed inflammation by disrupting the activation of mitogen-activated protein kinase signaling pathways, thereby ameliorating POI.
