These results indicate that hypoxic pulmonary hypertension is associated with an increased level of ENO1 and that targeting ENO1 might reduce experimental hypoxic pulmonary hypertension by improving endothelial and mitochondrial dysfunction via PI3K-Akt-mTOR signaling pathway.
