The transitional therapy is efficient in alleviating acute dental pain of posterior teeth of pregnant women with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and symptomatic apical periodontitis, and maintaining painless chains throughout pregnancy with no adverse effects on neonatal birth outcomes.
