Multisystem Inflammatory Syndrome in Adults (MIS-A) Reported in Patient with Hematological Malignancy: A Case Report.

Our study presents for the first time a case of MIS-A in a hematological patient with a broad spectrum of symptoms reflecting multiorgan damage and suggests the long-term consequences of MIS-A as persistent immune dysregulation involving T-cell response.
