Dynamic Horizontal Instability of the Acromioclavicular Joint: A Case Report.

Dynamic pure horizontal instability of the ACJ is a rare entity with only 6 cases reported in the literature. Till now, all reported patients who necessitated surgical treatment failed because of residual instability and/or pain. We present the seventh case of this type with a successful clinical outcome.
