Ultrasonographic diagnosis of primary hepatic undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma.

When ultrasonography reveals a solitary, relatively large, regular, and nonencapsulated mass, primary hepatic UPS should be a differential diagnosis. Combining clinical findings with imaging modalities can increase the likelihood of an accurate diagnosis.
