Prevalence of Work Related Musculoskeletal Disorders and Associated Factors Among Bank Staff in Jimma City, Southwest Ethiopia, 2019: An Institution-Based Cross-Sectional Study.

The prevalence of work-related musculoskeletal disorders was common among bank staff. Preventive strategies such as using ergonomic guidelines and giving awareness on the effect of bad posture, avoiding prolonged working in the same position were recommended. Using ergonomic guideline is helpful to create a suitable working environment that fit employee's physical capability.
