Down syndrome (DS) has been related to a higher risk of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). This cross-sectional study assessed DS patients with HS in a Spanish single-centre sample. DS participants presented a lower age of onset, age at diagnosis and time to diagnosis. Also, DS was not associated with the severity of HS measured by baseline IHS 4 .
