The serum LDH level and KELIM scores are potential predictors of a benefit from bevacizumab first-line therapy for patients with advanced ovarian cancer.

Patients with poor chemosensitivity and low LDH levels are more likely to benefit from first-line bevacizumab treatment. The combination of the two markers can be a helpful predictor of patients who are most likely to benefit from treatment and a guide for treatment decisions-making.
