Our study suggests that pyelovesicostomy may provide a potent alternative for the management of complex ureteral lesions after kidney transplant. We have observed good short-term and long-term outcomes in specific patients, pointing toward a promising avenue oftreatment worth further exploration. This reaffirms the importance of a personalized approach in medicine, to consider each patient's unique conditions and characteristics during therapeutic decisions.
