Large Single-center Experience with Long-term Outcomes of EUS-guided Transmural Gallbladder Drainage.

EUS-GBD demonstrates prolonged stent patency and minimal long-term adverse events, particularly among patients who underwent stent exchanges for permanent plastic stents. EUS-GBD is also promising for patients presenting with choledocholithiasis and biliary colic who are not surgical candidates.
