Modifying participant-gathered height and weight values is likely to result in discrepancies between self-reported and measured values. Identifying a person's height and weight status is crucial to understanding who among the population experience malnutrition. Thus, policymakers are called to strengthen educational support that trains respondents to report reliable and valid health data.
