Liver adenomatosis and NAFLD developed in the context of hereditary fructose intolerance.

A 36-year-old female patient without medical history was referred to our hospital after the incidental discovery of liver nodules. Liver MRI revealed a dozen of lesions, hyperintense on T1 and T2 weighted sequences with arterial enhancement persisting in portal and late phases. Macroscopic examination of right hepatectomy showed three well defined tumors with red brownish cut surface, the largest of which measured 7.5 cm in diameter.
