Introduction to the Highlights of the 26th ASIC Conference.

The 26th International Conference on Coffee Sciences (ASIC 2016) that was held in November 13-19, 2016 in Kunming, China, has marked the 50th anniversary of the creation of the Association for Science and Information on Coffee (ASIC). The meeting in China was well-attended by over 400 participants from all over the world and allowed for fruitful exchanges among participants from all horizons of coffee science.
