Neonatal Iatrogenic Calcinosis Cutis and Heterotopic Calcification Causing Peripheral Brachial Palsy: Case Report and Review of Literature.

We highlight these rare potential complications of calcium extravasations and recommend conservative treatment and the avoidance of the temptation of surgical excision of any bony lumps as they resolve spontaneously in time. These complications should not be confused as a fracture with callus formation and periosteal reaction.
