Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of clubfoot is more accurate in singletons with bilateral findings. Bilateral findings do not increase the likelihood of additional anomalies. Karyotyping should be considered even with isolated clubfoot. © 2017 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
