Inflammatory reaction in eyes with late in-the-bag intraocular lens dislocation.

Eyes with late in-the-bag IOL dislocation had increased flare levels compared to their fellow eyes. This suggests that inflammation is part of the clinical picture of late in-the-bag IOL dislocation.
