The effect of rt-PA treatment could be confirmed by a decrease in Young's modulus and HKD intensity parameter. The shear wave dispersion and shear wave attenuation were sensitive to late and early treatments, respectively. The Young's modulus, shear wave attenuation, and HKD intensity parameter varied over time despite treatment.
