[Interposition and transposition techniques of vascular decompression for hemifacial spasm].

The most common compressing vessels were cerebellar arteries, vertebral artery and veins. Transposition of arteries is highly effective technique with low incidence of VII-VII nerve dysfunction but relatively slow regression of symptoms.
