MG53 alleviates airway inflammatory responses by regulating nuclear factor-κB pathway in asthmatic mice.

The aggravated airway inflammation was observed in asthmatic mice; however, MG53 treatment suppressed airway inflammation by targeting the NF-κB pathway.
