Effects of counterclockwise bimaxillary advancement surgery and relapse on upper airway.

This surgical approach produced a significant increase in OP and HP volumes in short and long term without a significant relapse, NP showed a significant increase in long term only, SNC and BNC volumes showed a significant decrease post-surgery which was only partially maintained for BNC.
