Our study elucidates altered resistance profiles in neonatal sepsis caused by K. pneumoniae , highlighting mechanisms of β-lactam and fluoroquinolone resistance. It underscores the urgent need for the development of sustainable therapeutic alternatives to address the rising antimicrobial resistance in neonatal sepsis.
