The natural history of celiac artery aneurysms.

In this institutional review of patients with CAAs, the majority of aneurysms remained stable in size, with no patients developing symptoms or rupture over clinical follow-up. Given the observed benign behavior of these aneurysms, guidelines that suggest conservative management of CAAs less than 2 cm seems appropriate.
