Experience with Omalizumab for the treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria in a tertiary center: real life experience.

Our results show that omalizumab was an effective treatment for intractable CSU and did not cause any serious adverse effects other than asthenia, vertigo, and injection site reaction in four patients. These findings are relevant because they reflect real-life data.
