Post-transplantation treatment of chronic HCV is preferred in KTRs. The sofosbuvir/daclatasvir regimen as an interferon-free therapy is a safe, effective option for HCV infection in pediatric KTRs, who can tolerate sofosbuvir/daclatasvir well and respond favorably without significant adverse events.
