• IVIM DWI is feasible for diagnosing LN metastasis in PDAC. • Metastatic LNS has lower D, D*, f, ADC values than non-metastatic LNS. • D-value from IVIM model has best diagnostic performance, followed by ADC value. • D* has the lowest AUC value.
