Prospective evaluation of uterine artery Doppler for prognosis in endometrial cancer: A tertiary single-center experience.

Endometrial cancer made uterine artery, myometrium and endometrium less resistant to blood flow. However, these blood flow indices have not been standardized enough to be utilized as diagnostic tests just yet. Standardization based on more advanced studies would make it possible to use ultrasonography for non-invasive diagnosis and would accelerate and facilitate clinical management.
