Successful treatment of xanthelasma palpebrarum with a combination of radiofrequency ablation and wound suturing.

Radiofrequency removal combined with wound closure showed excellent response with good cosmetic result, no scarring, and rare relapse at end of 1 year. This was achieved in 43(96%) of the total 45 patients in a single sitting.
