Perceptions of healthcare providers and mothers on management and care of severely wasted children: a qualitative study in Karnataka, India.

To ensure a continuum of care in children with severe wasting, economic and household constraints, coordinated policies across the multidimensional determinants of severe wasting need to be addressed. Context-specific interventions are necessary to bridge communication gaps between healthcare providers and caregivers.
