Assessment of Consumers' Perception of Chicken Eggs Consumption and Associated Health Implications in the Volta Region of Ghana.

This study proves the urgent need for a concerted national public education effort to raise awareness about the nutritional and health benefits of eggs intake. Success in such awareness creation will go a long way to greatly minimize acute malnutrition in the Ghana.
