Nontuberculous mycobacterial abscess of lacrimal sac and eyelid debridement: Case report.

was identified after a month. The early start of clarithromycin/ethambutol was switched to clarithromycin/levofloxacin. Debridement specimen after 7-month treatment showed granulomatous tissue with no bacilli.
