[Factors associated with normal leukocyte count and C-reactive protein in adults with acute appendicitis: a retrospective cohort study].

The prevalence of normal inflammatory parameters in acute appendicitis patients was 11.11%. Rural origin, self-medication, shorter preoperative time, and catarrhal appendicitis were significantly associated with normal inflammatory parameters in this context.
