iPNHOT: a knowledge-based approach for identifying protein-nucleic acid interaction hot spots.

In this study, by collecting data from a recently published database dbAMEPNI, we proposed a new model, iPNHOT, to predict hotspots on both protein-DNA and protein-RNA interfaces.
