Hemangiomas are benign tumors of vascular origin commonly affecting head and neck region. Laryngeal Hemangiomas are however rare and have no well-defined management protocols. We present an interesting case of a 42-year-old adult who was diagnosed as a case of Laryngeal Hemangioma based on clinical and radiological findings and was managed with local injection of sclerosing agent followed by CO 2 Laser fulguration. The patient had a satisfactory outcome and remains asymptomatic.
