The selective TRPV3 activator KS0365 triggers increases in [Ca<sup>2+</sup> ]<sub>i</sub> with most prominent signals in the leading edge and accelerates migration of keratinocytes. TRPV3 activators may promote re-epithelialization upon skin wounding.
