Sensitivity and specificity of Sirius indices in diagnosis of keratoconus and suspect keratoconus.

Sirius parameters evaluated in the study were effective to differentiate keratoconus from normal corneas. However, Symmetry Index back was the index with the highest ability to detect suspect keratoconus.
