NAD + mediated photoelectrochemical biosensor for histone deacetylase Sirt1 detection based on CuO-BiVO 4 -AgNCs heterojunction and hybridization chain reaction amplification.

The applicability of the method was evaluated by studying the effects of known inhibitors nicotinamide and environmental pollutant halogenated carbazole on Sirt1 enzyme activity. The results showed that this method can be used as a new platform for screening Sirt1 enzyme inhibitors, and also provided a new biomarker for evaluating the ecotoxicological effects of environmental pollutants.
