Displaced Femoral Neck Fracture in a Child Mimicking the Retinacular Flap Technique for Capital Realignment: A Case Report.

This case is reported for its atypical presentation, in which the metaphysis of the proximal femur completely separated from the capital epiphysis and the greater trochanteric apophysis leaving the posterior periosteal flap intact mimicking the retinacular flap technique for capital realignment procedure.
