[Diagnostic efficiency of transcutaneous ultrasound scanning and Dopplerography in laryngeal pathology].

Ultrasound of the larynx in B-mode has a diagnostic efficiency of 67.5%, and in CDI mode - 85% for ruling in laryngeal pathologies compared to laryngoscopy. So, this method is a modern affordable, non-invasive and informative diagnostic tool for the detection of laryngeal diseases, especially in those cases, when it is impossible to carry out a laryngoscopy.
