Heparin therapy in placental insufficiency: Systematic review and meta-analysis.

In women with very high suspicion of placental insufficiency, heparin may increase fetal growth and prolong pregnancy. There is no evidence for a beneficial effect of heparin in reducing neonatal adverse outcomes.
