LatentPCN can reconstruct patient-specific 3D surface models from calibrated 2D biplanar X-ray images with high accuracy and uncertainty estimation. The sub-millimeter reconstruction accuracy on cadaveric cases demonstrates its potential for surgical navigation applications.
